While working with different agencies such as DRDO and ISRO in various development projects, L&T has developed its own capabilities in Technology Development, Concept Design, System Integration and Prototyping. L&T’s capabilities in core engineering areas can be seen through various technically challenging projects successfully executed time and again. Even today engineers at these R&D centers are striving to develop new technologies and methods to excel in the domain of Defence and Aerospace.

People: L&T has a multi-skilled workforce with specialists spanning diverse areas of technology. These specialists are essential for successful product and technology development. At least third of the total workforce has advanced degrees in specialised engineering areas.
