The position of L&T PES as a strategic partner for a future ready India is strengthened by its established ecosystem.
We collaborate closely with India's Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) and the Indian Armed Forces to understand User requirements and develop battle-ready solutions. As a significant contributor to many of DRDO's programmes, we have contributed towards the design, development and realization of multiple weapon launch and control systems, in addition to a wide variety of combat engineering systems for the Indian Army and Navy.
We have tie-ups with technology leaders, such as MBDA for missiles and missile systems, Hanwha Land Systems (Korea) for Tracked SP Guns, Navantia (Spain) for naval platforms and IAIELTA (Israel) for radar. We also partner with India's leading academia and the industrial ecosystem of small, medium and micro enterprises.
Leveraging the knowledge pool available at various universities and educational institutes across India, L&T has also launched various collaboration programmes with different universities. Through these collaborations L&T’s engineers work with expert professors and talented students to develop new technologies, which can be incubated in future products.
